We all know what a spell the stories have on us when someone good at story telling like our great grandmothers narrates the story!

Same way good lyrics portray the abstract thought so beautifully that it becomes so vivid picture in our minds that we feel the idea as clearly as our own intimate feelings.

But it isn’t easy.!

Process of art and creation demands honesty at very basic level of artist or lyricist.

Lyricist can not just play with the words in order to give birth to a real good lyrics that her/his fellow human could relate to with such effortlessly ease as their own idea, as a part of their web of feelings which is their in conscious and unconscious mind.

To catch the feelings in her/his words s/he has to dive into that ocean deep, ocean of unconscious mind.

Writer has to really live it!

S/he has to live those feelings and sense them as clearly and passionately as her/his nervous system could bear in her/him own body mind system.

Lyricist lives in the moments of creation a long span of life and a large range of emotions be it sorrow, ecstasy, depression, happiness, envy, love and hatred.

So the moments of creation are very compressed moments in terms of time and intense moments in terms of experience.

That is why writers and artists have a superior nervous system because an ordinary nervous system can not withstand those moments rather can never experience that joy to produce a beauty of lyrics.

It is very much like the process of giving birth to a baby.

Mother really lives it; experience it willingly in spite of all the pain she bears till those long nine months.

And these moments lived with such honesty and intensity gives birth to a piece of art.

That is why a song or any art creation though is born out of one artist yet it appeals to the whole humanity alike.

Songs also come so handy for making up a particular mood, and so they have become a integral part of our social and personal life.

When we feel broken in love we love to whisper love sad songs and when we fall in love we love to listen love songs.

They also make a party mood as a birthday party is incomplete without a happy birthday song, a Christmas party is so incomplete without Christmas songs and Christmas song lyrics or a Halloween party without a Halloween songs.!

Or can any marriage party be completed without wedding songs sung in it?

Can we celebrate our national Independence Day or Republic Day without patriotic songs?

Our national anthem is also a lyric only portraying the personality of our nations.

Folk songs and country song lyrics are so much in demand when a folk festival or a country festival is around in our colleges.

So our lives revolve on these lines of lyrics of songs, they giving always the right language to our lives.

Every culture has its song and song lyrics and all speak for the human heart willing to express it.
