Holistic Health By Correct Posture Exercise

Health beauty stands for a sane mind body spirit system which can be achieved totally only by correct posture exercise.

It implies to a beautiful mind, a perfect body posture and a beautiful soul.

A human body undergone a posture corrector process stands out as beautiful stature appearance and superior functional capabilities of it.

So health is but beauty.

Mind body soul is a well known connection rather a key to the secret of ultimate beauty or holistic-health!

Everyone whether seeking for a perfect body or sanity of mind or one embarking upon a spiritual journey knocks at this connection of Mind body soul.

But beauty, physical and mental harmony and spirituality are exactly the same thing mistaken for being entities different from one another.

But they are exactly the one and same thing.

Since my focus is total beauty, I can not ignore total health and spiritual development and equally value both of them as well.

We will try to understand total health and spiritual awareness in the light of beauty.

My object is not to tag one of us as ugly or the other as beautiful.

Our pursuit is beauty more and more of it, to metamorphose an ugliness into beauty and a beauty into a charm. .


What I want to make clear is that every single man and woman out of us is equally capable to turn into a beautiful one; there is no one like an ugly man/woman or a beautiful woman/man as such forever for that matter.

Your complexion, your features have least role to play in what makes your appearance a real beautiful one!

And one that really does play in making it beautiful is your body posture; the way you keep your body in and the mental peace in your mind.

In the flow of living our life day after day and year after year we keep on changing like everything else in this continuously changing cosmos of relativity!

As we change in thinking patterns of our minds, our body posture also simultaneously change to the tune of mental change and vice versa is also true here, changing you either as ugly or as beautiful.

So as we corrupt our postures by slouching our back, collapsing our shoulders or squeezing our muscles we go corrupt or say subhuman in our minds!

A beautiful and ugly state of one’s is a state of correct posture of body or sane mental disposition and bad posture of body or at the same time mind lurking in mental hurry or lethargy.

Yes! there is this very subtle but very strong connection between body and mind and is tangible too!


Everyone out of us will vouch for the experience that a same man or woman with the same features and complexion appears so beautiful to us in one part of her/his lifetime and the same woman or man seems so ugly at the other part of it!

Strange!

So it is not features, complexion, race or breed (ha-ha!) that contributes to make you look great but something else!

And I say it is a right posture of body and mind that makes all the difference.

Mind body soul (cosmic energy), the connection which we call by these different names are so intertwined that disturbing one disturbs the rest of other two!

When we are disturbed there in our minds neither we ourselves nor anyone else around feel us as beautiful!

Do you find a annoyed man or insane beautiful?

We call it cool! A man or woman who never lose his/her cool automatically becomes so beautiful to everyone's perception.

So what is the way to achieve this ultimate cool beauty destined for humans?

The Ways out are also two only; the way through body or the way through mind!


But the way of mind is a vague one!

Humanity has been trying since eons to achieve this cool of life through the ways of mind, the religious preachings, dhyana or by the wisdom words of modern day gurus.

But nothing really works!

All words and only words! A maze of words never taking us anywhere despite all our efforts!

Yes there might be a few people who have reached to the state of enlightenment by coming out of the clutches of mind by undoing mind itself but how many in thousands of centuries?

Only a handful of Buddhas or Jesus!

The way of body is more concrete one and is also being tried but only at the level of functional health only.

Many great spiritual leaders have shown us the way of body and soul (energy) also!

Yoga has tried the ways of body!

Tantra uses sexual energy of body to heal Mind body soul!


But see how do we try them- attending a workshop or doing it regularly for one or two hours a day!

But what you do not notice is that you are keeping your body in a correct posture for the time span of that duration only.

For the rest of hours of day we again come back to our habitual body (mind) posture.

Because mind never stops, it keeps working on your body pulling you always down back to your habitual body posture!

The reason why body posture affects so much to our minds is that because it directly affects our breathing system.

Dysfunctional postures causes unhealthy breathing habits like bad breath, shallow breath, labored breath, fast breath, slow breath, erratic breath, forced breath, heavy breathing, collapsed breath, high chest breath, belly breath or shortness of breath.

All these wrong breathing patterns snatch away our life energy that not only makes us dull looking but also create health problems like anxiety, lower back pain, mid back pain, chest pain, heart attack, high blood pressure and many more...

In a state of optimal body posture breathing is full means the breath travels up to the down bottom of belly and the breath travels at optimal pace affecting a relaxed body mind state that makes one beautiful with smiling face and fresh breath.

So our body should be kept in a right body posture and need maintaining it round the clock to counter the inertia of mind against it.

Yes a certain unique body posture is the way for your beautiful appearance, healthy body and a free brain.

What posture of body leads us to this state of optimal breathing and ultimate beauty!

Seekers of spirituality tried to get it by way of torturing their bodies by being ascetic.


Buddha did it so too and turned feeble.

When he reached enlightenment he said “Don’t keep it too tight or leave it too loose”.

By these terms of ‘tight and loose’ for body he very much meant to the psychological (mental) parallel of it in the disposition of a state of either mental hurry or the mental lethargy!

So this body posture should be made free from the what it tends to in hurry and lethargy!

This subtle body posture is discovered by my friend Mr. G.B Singh which puts our bodies back on the right track.

Under the guidance of my friend I have seen it myself on my own mind body soul.
